For as long as the Valero Alamo Bowl has been around the halftime show has been one of the more unique bowl traditions in the country. Some of the best high school bands, dance and cheer groups from across the country perform in front of the 60,000+ Valero Alamo Bowl crowd.
The Bowl will host over 1,000 members from the bands, and their families at the Bowl and during Bowl Week events.
“We are so excited to welcome some of America’s best high school bands to San Antonio for another great Valero Alamo Bowl,” said Valero Alamo Bowl Vice President of Operations Julie Baker. “The Worldstrides OnStage bands, dance and cheer groups help make the Bowl special for all who attend and the kids have a great time exploring San Antonio.”
